
1.After logging in to the FLO Smart Terminal, click the Navigation button and select Transactions.

- Now the Transactions screen will open, click the Paid tab.
- The list of transactions (credit/cash) will appear in the drop-down.
- Drag the order (that you want to void) to the left, the button will appear as shown in the screenshot, click over it.
- Finally, click Yes on the confirmation screen.
